Before submitting an inquiry, please understand that our current estimated completion time is two years from the time a project is accepted.
Each piece is completed with careful attention, respect for the specimen, and the level of detail required for lasting, quality work. Because of this process, timelines cannot be rushed or guaranteed earlier than the stated estimate.

Inquiry Review and Acceptance
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee project acceptance. All submissions are reviewed and audited by Immortal Taxidermy before a project is approved. Acceptance may depend on current workload, project type, legal documentation, specimen condition, and whether the project is a good fit at this time.

Expedited Review
Limited Expedited Review Available
We understand that some situations don't allow a two-year wait — especially for customers with active military orders, upcoming deployments, or other time constraints.
We offer limited expedited review placement as an option. This is not a guarantee of a specific shortened timeline, and availability is limited. If approved, you would be placed ahead of standard-queue submissions but behind customers who were already approved for expedited placement.
An expedite processing fee of approximately $200–$300 applies if your request is approved by the owner. No fee is collected now. Submitting an expedite request does not guarantee approval or a specific completion date.
